Start the New Year off right by honoring those resolutions to get fit and be healthy by taking part in the first Annual Resolution Run at JW Marriott Miami Resort & Spa. On Saturday, January 6, 2024, participants can choose between a 5K or Ultra 5K, which ends with a workout at the resort’s Functional Fitness Course and compete for prizes by achieving the fastest times. The run begins at 7AM for the Ultra 5K and 7:15AM for the 5K. There will be prizes for men and women with the fastest times in both categories and the opportunity to revel in the glory of accomplishment. Those who choose the add-on of the functional fitness course will endure additional challenges like timed planks, blaze pods and tire flips. An onsite DJ will help keep the momentum going with great tunes and food trucks will be onsite for post-race fueling. Participation is $30 per person and spots are limited.
