Opened in South Beach in 2022 inside Alton Food Hall, Airmail offers guests an array of delectable cocktails onsite and via delivery through Uber Eats. Airmail boasts a team of savvy mixologists led by Sofia Present, who has over ten years of craft cocktail experience serving up delectable sips in some of New York City’s most beloved establishments. Sofia and the team have created a menu featuring your classic cocktails, including the namesake Airmail, as well as seasonal features. Airmail’s unique delivery service and impressive menu have landed the bar features in The New York Times and Forbes, among others.

Ingredients:
0.75 oz Absolut vodka
0.75 oz  Absolut Grapefruit Vodka
0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
0.25 oz Ginger Syrup
0.25 oz Coco Lopez
0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake briefly – just enough to incorporate ingredients – and pour into a Collins Glass filled with crushed ice.
Swizzle the cocktail inside the ice-filled Collins Glass.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and a sprinkle of gold stars.
Serve with a straw.
