Summer Blues Spritzer

Cool down this Summer with a refreshing cocktail from Oscar Garcia, Head Bartender at Corvina Seafood and Grill in Boca Raton. This invigorating drink, which features blueberries, mint, Stoli Blueberry Vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, and Bushmills Irish Whisky, will satisfy any cocktail connoisseur’s taste buds. 

Ingredients: 

• 1.5oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
• .75oz lemon juice
• .75oz simple syrup
• .5oz lychee liqueur 
• .5oz Stoli Blueberry vodka
• Blueberries 
• Mint 

Method: 

1. Muddled 6 Blueberries and Mint in a shaker tin. 
2. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker tin and shake.  
3. Pour into Collins Glass. Top off with club soda.
