Srna Stos Named President and Managing Partner at Cultivate PR & Social Media
Cultivate PR & Social Media, an award-winning boutique public relations and social media agency led by CEO Sissy DeMaria Koehne, is pleased to announce that Srna Stos has been named President and Managing Partner of the firm.
With offices in Miami and New York, Cultivate PR & Social Media has earned recognition as a premier luxury lifestyle communications and crisis management agency, representing leading brands across real estate, yachting, automotive, hospitality, wealth management, and high-end retail. Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from the legacy Kreps DeMaria PR & Marketing, one of Florida’s most established and recognized agencies, Cultivate is guided by Sissy DeMaria Koehne, a seasoned PR strategist with more than 30 years of experience who built the agency on a foundation of creative storytelling, unmatched media access, and exceptional client service.
Stos joined Cultivate in mid-2023 as Social Media Director, where she quickly expanded the agency’s social media division. Under her leadership, Cultivate has executed innovative campaigns for clients including Faena Residences Miami, Ora by Casa Tua, The Jills Zeder Group, The Calta Group, Okan Tower, Cassia, Moke America Key Largo, and The Avenue, among others. In her new role, she will continue to drive the growth of the agency, overseeing all aspects of client strategies, community engagement, and analytics-driven performance.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Stos brings a competitive spirit and disciplined work ethic honed during her years as a standout tennis player. Born in Serbia and raised in the United States, she trained at the prestigious IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy from age 4, ultimately becoming UConn’s most decorated tennis player and serving as team captain.
