Sip into the Season: Portosole Miami’s Grand Brulot Winter Wonderland
The holiday season in Miami just got a whole lot merrier with the introduction of Portosole Miami’s latest concoction – the Grand Brulot Winter Wonderland cocktail. In collaboration with coffee cognac brand Grand Brulot, Portosole has crafted a festive drink that captures the essence of the holidays in every sip.
This delightful beverage blends Grand Brulot’s perfect coffee cognac with the seasonal flavors of mint schnapps and candy cane. The result is the GRAND BRULOT WINTER WONDERLAND.

To recreate this winter cocktail at home, follow this simple recipe:
Recipe:
- 1 oz Grand Brulot
- 1oz vodka
- 1oz mint schnapps
- 3 oz heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Mint (for garnish)
- Crushed candy cane (for garnish)
Directions: In a shaker, combine the heavy cream with the sugar and shake for ten seconds. In a rock glass add the Grand Brulot, vodka, mint schnapps and ice. Top with the cream from the shaker. Garnish with fresh mint and crushed candy cane.
