Meet Sarah Callender
Luxury Guide’s 2025 Design Curator

With nearly two decades of experience and a global design perspective, Sarah Callender brings a rare combination of architectural understanding, yacht expertise, and personalized storytelling to each space she creates. After earning her degree in Interior Design from The Ohio State University, Sarah began her career in Chicago before expanding her horizons in Europe and eventually landing in Miami, where she discovered her passion for yacht interiors. Her time as a Yacht Interior Designer gave her the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s most discerning UHNW clients.

In 2020, Sarah launched Sarah Callender Interiors, a boutique design studio rooted in the belief that true luxury is both refined and livable. Drawing on her global travels and her deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, Sarah has built a reputation for interiors that reflect her clients’ personalities, not just her own aesthetic. From custom residential spaces to sophisticated yacht interiors, her work balances beauty and functionality in perfect harmony.

Now expanding her presence in Charleston, Sarah continues to guide clients through a deeply personalized design journey—always with a signature blend of warmth, intuition, and “livable luxury.”
