While Oh! Mexico may be known for its delicious tacos and handmade salsas, the Oh! Mexico Signature Guacamole ($15) is also a fan favorite. Havana 1957, located on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach’s premier retail, dining and cultural destination, serves traditional Cuban fare. Midtown Miami’s favorite local hot spot, Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar is helping you jump-start your National Guacamole Day with some avocado-centric dishes. The brunch menu includes the New Avocado Toast ($18), made with smashed avocados, red onion, soft-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes and crispy quinoa over sourdough. This classic dish can be paired with Negroni’s deliciously crafted cocktails or homemade negronis, spritzes and tonics.

Italica Midtown adds a modern and colorful twist to traditional Italian cuisine, as seen during its weekend brunch or daily breakfast when avocado aficionados can find the Toast All’Avocado ($13), a crispy, smooth bite of toasted sourdough bread with smashed avocados and poached eggs. The Croissant Sandwich ($12) pairs smashed avocado with scrambled eggs on a toasted croissant. After traveling the world to research and learn from the best local chefs across the continents, Kurt Zdesar, owner of Chotto Matte, was determined to create a never-before-seen fine dining experience celebrating the very best authentic and innovative Nikkei cuisine. On National Guacamole Day, guests can order the vegan King Oyster Mushroom Tostadas ($14) with pulled mushroom, smoked aji panca chili, guacamole, lime and cilantro. The menu also includes a wide selection of shareable meat-centered and plant-forward plates for the entire table.

The all-new JOEY Aventura, the first Florida location of the renowned JOEY Restaurant Group, presents its deliciously famous Roasted Corn Guacamole ($16) this National Guacamole Day. The fan-favorite shareable is a flavorful blend of cilantro, fresh lime, cherry tomatoes, serranos, feta cheese and corn served with warm tortilla chips for that perfect scoop. The slight sweetness from the corn balances beautifully with the tangy lime and spicy kick of serrano. Velvet Taco Fort Lauderdale 

Velvet Taco, the acclaimed restaurant chain known for its innovative and globally inspired taco creations, is officially opening its first Florida location in Fort Lauderdale just in time for National Guacamole Day! The scratch-made, chef-driven menu of unique recipes includes two different guac options to enjoy: the Classic Guac ($6.25), made with avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and red onion, or the Elote Guac ($6.75), which includes the same ingredients as the classic guac but with added roasted corn, queso listo, Valentina, citrus lime crema, queso fresco and lime. Pair either guacamole with tasty tacos and delectable drinks from the restaurant’s Boozy Libations menu, such as the Kick Ass Margarita and frozen Sangrita Swirl.

Casa Sensei

Casa Sensei brilliantly blends traditional Latin American cuisine with Pan-Asian staples to create the best of both worlds. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant @ Galleria Mall

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants redefines the modern casual dining experience. Located on the second level of The Galleria in Fort Lauderdale, the Broward outpost combines a restaurant, a Napa-style tasting room and an artisanal retail market in a warm, inviting space. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s best pairing. This National Guacamole Day, dive into the restaurant’s Drunken Shrimp ($19) appetizer made with bacon-wrapped shrimp, tequila lime butter sauce and, of course, fresh guacamole.

Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar – Weston

Nestled within Weston Town Center, Negroni Weston marks the Broward County debut of the acclaimed Latin American restaurant brand. Like its Miami counterpart, the new Weston destination serves weekend brunch with a slightly different take on avocado toast. The deli-inspired Nova Toast ($15) layers sourdough toast with cream cheese, smoked salmon, arugula and avocado. Guests can also find the famous New Avocado Toast ($17) from the Midtown menu in Weston.
