Revolution Marine Group has brought the first Canados Heritage 36’ luxury catamaran to the Americas, marking a major milestone for the historic Italian shipyard and its new Heritage power catamaran line. Built in Rome, the Heritage 36’ introduces a fresh standard of performance, efficiency, and versatility for owners across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Blending Italian craftsmanship with advanced naval architecture, the Heritage 36’ represents a new generation of luxury sport catamarans. Its twin-hull design and optimized tunnel reduce drag while enhancing stability, delivering a smooth, dry ride in varied sea conditions. The result is high-performance cruising with impressive efficiency—an ideal combination for the diverse waters of the Americas.

Powered by twin 300-horsepower Mercury outboard engines, the Heritage 36’ exceeds 50 knots at top speed and cruises comfortably at 30 knots, all while consuming approximately 30 percent less fuel than most boats in its class. This efficiency translates into extended range, reduced operating costs, and a more sustainable approach to performance boating.

“The Heritage 36’ shows how far modern power catamarans have evolved,” said Darren Henn, Vice President of Sales at Revolution Marine Group. “By reducing drag through its twin-hull design, the boat delivers exceptional speed with less power, making it perfectly suited to cruising throughout the Americas.”

At the helm, owners benefit from Mercury Joystick Piloting with Skyhook®, which uses GPS positioning to hold the vessel steady at the touch of a button, even in wind or current. Integrated with Mercury SmartCraft and Garmin navigation, the system makes docking and maneuvering effortless.

Designed with versatility in mind, this Heritage 36’ accommodates up to 16 guests and features a one-cabin layout with a private head, both accessed via distinctive gullwing doors. The cockpit is optimized for entertaining, offering expansive lounge seating, dining for eight, optional kitchenette amenities, integrated refrigeration, and generous storage. Forward seating adds space for additional guests, while a retractable passerelle and swim ladder provide seamless access to the water and dock.

Equally suited as a high-end dayboat or luxury superyacht tender, the Heritage 36’ excels at guest transfers, island hopping, water sports, and overnight escapes. Options such as a hardtop bimini or open configuration allow owners to tailor the yacht to regional climates and personal cruising preferences.

Purpose-built for the Americas, the Heritage 36’ combines high-speed performance, shallow draft, joystick maneuverability, and strong towing capability. Future versions will expand the platform further, including enclosed models for colder climates and a dedicated fishing configuration.
