The new Sunday brunch affair offers a selection of dishes that reflect the essence of the Pink Steak ethos, elevating signature menu items and infusing them with a fresh breakfast twist.

Brunch menu highlights include the beloved Royal Osetra Caviar Service, accompanied by blini, diced onion, chopped eggs, crème fraiche, and chives. The menu also features Chef Gremaud’s expertly curated steak cuts, such as Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, Prime Ribeye, Hanger Steak, Wagyu, Prime Skirt Steak, Tomahawk, and A5 Wagyu Strip.
