Pendry Residences Mexico City has been named a Gold Winner by the Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards, recognizing its standout design by Central de Arquitectura.
Located in the heart of Roma Norte, the project was honored for its thoughtful integration of contemporary architecture with the neighborhood’s rich cultural heritage. Marking Pendry’s first residential offering in Latin America, the development introduces a limited collection of fully furnished, serviced residences that reflect the brand’s signature design sensibility and hospitality-driven approach.
Conceived as a seamless interplay between hotel and home, the project pairs a boutique hotel with just 20 private residences, featuring dedicated entrances, curated amenities, and rooftop spaces with sweeping views over Mexico City.
Designed in collaboration with Mexico City–based architecture firm Central de Arquitectura, with interiors by AvroKO, the residences range from one to three bedrooms and are accessed by private elevators, offering a sense of exclusivity within the vibrant urban setting. Expansive windows and private terraces frame views over the leafy streets of Roma Norte, while interiors emphasize natural materials, custom finishes, and a warm palette inspired by the textures and colors of the city.
Owners will enjoy access to Pendry Mexico City’s full suite of hospitality amenities, including Spa Pendry, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and several culinary destinations—from a lively neighborhood cafecito to a rooftop restaurant and pool terrace overlooking the skyline. Dedicated concierge and residential staff further enhance the experience, bringing the brand’s signature service philosophy into everyday living.
Just beyond the property, Roma Norte offers one of Mexico City’s most coveted and creative neighborhoods. Known for its tree-lined boulevards, restored Art Deco mansions, and thriving cultural scene, the district is home to independent galleries, design boutiques, acclaimed restaurants, and lively cafés, as well as nearby green spaces such as Plaza Río de Janeiro and Parque México. The area’s walkable streets and historic architecture have helped position it as a hub for the city’s contemporary creative community while preserving its historic character.
