Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope (CAHH) is pleased to announce that Paul R. Shalhoub, Esq. of GOLDLAW has joined its board of directors.

A graduate of the New England School of Law, Paul is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. During his time in law school, he interned with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Assistant District Attorney as well as with Greater Boston Legal Services.

Paul has recently been recognized as one of Florida’s “Super Lawyers in Personal Injury,” and has also been acknowledged by the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyers in Personal Injury. In 2022, he was invited to join the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 for Civil Plaintiff, which is a highly selective organization that only invites top-tier trial lawyers who meet strict criteria. His impressive track record of obtaining significant recoveries for his clients speaks for itself. While working at his previous law firm, Shalhoub successfully recovered over $20 million for his clients through settlements and trial verdicts from 2017 to 2022. He has taken on major corporations such as Walmart and State Farm in court and emerged victorious, resulting in substantial awards for his clients.

An esteemed member of his community, Paul has served as the mayor of Lake Clarke Shores and a member of the town council for three terms. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section (YLS) and the founder of the Annual YLS “No Shave November” event. This event has raised over $250,000 for the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope. Paul has also served as the two-time chair of the Finance Taxation & Personal Committee of the Florida League of Cities, representing his town of Lake Clarke Shores.

Paul serves as a substitute professor at Palm Beach State College, teaching paralegal courses. He is also a panelist for Leadership Palm Beach County, where he speaks on various topics related to the roles of an Elected Official, running a campaign, taxation, government use of tax revenue, and protecting Home Rule.
