- Event Description: On Tuesday, March 26th, VDA Origin Miami, in collaboration with Artefacto and Cervera Real Estate, celebrated an exclusive groundbreaking ceremony for Origin Residences by Artefacto in Bay Harbor Islands. This event marked the start of construction for the first ever residential building developed in partnership with acclaimed home furnishing brand, Artefacto. It included speeches delivered by developers Mauricio Moya and Sergio Guzman from VDA Origin Miami, Paulo Bacchi from Artefacto, Carla Guilhem from Carla Guilhem Design, Alicia Cervera, Jesse Ottley and Mauricio Perez from Cervera Real Estate.
