Lincoln Road, South Florida’s most popular open-air destination with over 8 million visits in 2022, is expanding the list of local and national brands that call it home by welcoming five new tenants this fall. The boutiques, athletic stores and culinary establishments join the pedestrian-friendly promenade’s over 200 restaurants and shops, entertainment, and arts and cultural offerings.

The five new tenants include:

  • HOKA: Garnering recognition as one of the most comfortable shoe brands for all fitness activities, HOKA will open its first-to-market store in South Florida on Lincoln Road. The 3,128-square-foot retail experience is offering HOKA footwear, apparel and accessories.
  • Luli Fama: The Latin-owned women’s luxury swim and resort wear brand is globally recognized for its universally flattering fits, immaculate designs and eclectic mix of vibrant hues. The new store, leased by the Comras Company, will have 1,440 square feet of beautiful retail offerings.
  • IT’SUGAR: One of the world’s largest specialty candy retailers, IT’SUGAR offers an immersive candy experience unlike any other. Taking over 2,751 square feet of prime real estate, the shop will sell hundreds of varieties of over-the-top sweets, humorous products and beloved candy brands.
  • IT Italian Trattoria: The beloved Italian eatery opens its third South Florida location, a 3,300-square-foot restaurant and bar featuring an open-kitchen concept, allowing guests to watch as the dedicated staff creates delicious homemade dishes using products sourced directly from Italy.

  • Turkish Delight: A one-of-a-kind specialty store (the first in the U.S.), the authentic 1,000-square-foot Turkish Delight offers Turkish sweets and desserts sourced directly from Turkey, including lokums, a national favorite, in a variety of flavors, such as pistachio, chocolate almond and coconut.
