Le Bilboquet‘s St. Tropez Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

• 1 bar spoon (1/8 oz.) Kalani Coconut Liqueur
• 1 ½ oz. Spring44 gin
• 8-10 seedless green grapes (halved)
• 1 lemon wheel
• Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic

Method

Add grapes, lemon and ice to a large wine glass, pour Kalani and gin over, and add tonic to fill.

Garnish with three to four sprigs of fresh thyme
