Vertical Developments hosted an exclusive private dinner celebrating the launch of Avenia Interiors by FENDI Casa, a limited collection of 22 luxury residences nestled along a scenic Aventura waterway and a famed golf course. This launch marks a significant milestone that brings FENDI Casa’s signature Italian craftsmanship and refined high-end design to boutique living in South Florida. Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO and Partner of Vertical Developments, gave a speech to highlight the vision of the development.
