The summer season at Baccarat Hotel New York sparkles even brighter with the debut of the new Cristal Garden by Champagne Louis Roederer. The al fresco dining experience, offered on The Bar’s outdoor terrace through Labor Day, features an inspired menu of Cristal champagne, premier wines by the glass, hand-crafted cocktails and elevated canapes, complemented by a fresh and fanciful backdrop of Julia Rosa’s masterful florals.

In addition to a variety of Champagne Louis Roederer vintages offered by the glass, guests will also enjoy specialty wines from the celebrated House as well as creative cocktail selections.  Executive Chef Ashfer Biju’s curated menu showcases inventive offerings including a Caviar Mini-Sandwich and Chef’s Garden Zucchini Blossoms, as well as summertime favorites such as Spicy Lobster Roll, Shrimp Cocktail, and East Coast Oysters.

Drawing inspiration from the captivating roses of Monet’s gardens, master florist Julia Rosa has created an ambiance reflective of a refined and ethereal garden to enhance the cocktail and dining experience. The transformed outdoor terrace promises an ambiance of sophistication and style, with an inviting color palette of white and multiple hues of pink. From gracefully ascending floral-laden trellises to colorful blooming planters, guests will discover a picturesque oasis in the heart of midtown for enjoying spirited summer moments.
