The Lotus House is the largest women’s shelter in Miami, and you can discover more about their commendable mission at https://lotushouse.org/.
The generous contributions from the event will provide life-changing sanctuary and supportive services that help women heal, learn, grow, and thrive on every level. Beyond providing meals, beds, and showers, the Lotus House offers trauma-informed wrap-around services, including child and family therapy, parenting classes, resource coordination, access to medical and mental healthcare, educational support, employment training, and housing support.
The Naked Project, led by the exceptionally talented photographer John Claude Tohme, stands at the forefront of challenging conventional beauty standards and inspiring women to embrace their natural beauty with confidence. Through his lens, John Claude has exquisitely captured the essence of 100 women in Miami, both with and without makeup. By juxtaposing these portraits, he sparks profound conversations about authenticity, quality of life, and holistic living.
Miami artist John Claude Tohme created The Naked Project and has photographed 100 women in Miami with their makeup off, side-by-side with their makeup on to encourage beauty through authenticity, quality of life, and holistic living.
This collaboration between Rosa Sky Rooftop and The Naked Project is a celebration of artistic expression, empowerment, and a noble cause. It promises to leave a lasting impression on Art Basel attendees and the broader Miami community.
