The restaurant’s talented Chef/Owner Phillip Frankland Lee is collaborating with IWA 5 Sake of Japan to curate an exclusive, one-night only Omakase x Sake Dinner Pairing on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 5PM, 7:15PM and 9:30PM. Priced at $345 per person (excluding tax + gratuity), this indulgent culinary journey features Chef Phillip’s creative nigiri dishes paired with six premium pours of exquisite sake from IWA 5 Sake along with a welcome cocktail and a farewell tea to close the evening.

Richard Geoffroy’s transition from being the winemaker of Dom Pérignon to the Founder/Maker of IWA 5 Sake signifies a significant shift in his career, bringing his expertise and reputation to the world of sake. His experience, credibility, and innovative approach contributes to the advancement and recognition of sake in the global beverage industry, making him an important figure in this field. Richard will be in attendance at the dinner pairing to present the different sakes. Each guest is required to make a $50 deposit which will be applied to the final bill upon checkout.
