This New Year’s Eve, witness the iconic Yamashiro, the legendary Japanese dining destination with roots in Hollywood glamour, take over the 9th floor terrace of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences for an immersive Yamashiro dining experience. For one extraordinary evening, Yamashiro’s timeless elegance and bold flavors will come to Miami, offering guests a chance to indulge in an extravagant 5-course culinary journey to ring in the New Year.

The evening’s indulgent menu includes:
Amuse-Bouche with sweet corn and vanilla cream
Cucumber Salad with Korean chili flakes and sesame
A Small Plate Trio, featuring Hamachi Oshizushi, A5 Wagyu Tataki with Foie Gras, and Lobster Croquettes filled with lobster and potato, served with garlic, shallots, and shiso butter
Entrée options of Wagyu NY Strip or Chilean Sea Bass with with garlic miso sauce, asparagus spears and shaved truffle
Dessert Flight includes Yuzu-Matcha Cheesecake and Black Sesame-Chocolate Molten Cake

Every seating includes a bottle of champagne per couple, with the option to elevate the evening at an Open Poolside Bar from 10 PM – 1 AM for $100.
