New Year’s Eve Masquerade Celebration at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails

$75 – $175Raise a toast to 2024 with a New Year’s Eve Masquerade Celebration at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails, a new coastal restaurant concept located at the newly renovated Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay.
Three exclusive packages are available. With the Champagne Tower package, revelers will ring in the new year with an enchanting celebration from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. that includes a Live DJ, champagne toast, and seating on the terrace for the best views of the Downtown and South Beach firework displays. The package is priced at $100 per person. For $175 per person, the New Year’s Dinner Package also includes a three-course dinner prior to the festivities. Alternatively, the three-course dinner offering is available without access to the after-party for $75 per person.
The three-course dinner – creatively crafted by Exectuve Chef, Craig Tooker – features starters such as lemon gnocchi with duck ragout, roasted lion’s mane mushrooms, and a sage ricotta or scallops with acorn squash and anise poached apple pecans; and entrees like braised short rib with potato gratin, chard and salt-cured egg yolk, or Cornish hen served with soft polenta, haricot vert, morel mushroom and a rosemary pan jus. The dessert course offers white chocolate panna cotta with blackberry, champagne gel and crème fraiche, or a s’mores-inspired chocolate silk pie with marshmallow meringue and graham cracker ice cream.
