Corvina Seafood Grill, Boca Raton's exceptional seafood-centric restaurant and bar, invites guests on a wine-tasting adventure with the return of its wine-tasting and small plate soiree seasonal series on Saturday, November 30, 2024. The Winter Wine Tasting event will feature sensational sips, savory and sweet bites and more fun surprises, including an exclusive giveaway. Starting at 1PM, guests can indulge in a curated selection of seven unique pours from around the world (both red and white) chosen by head bartender Oscar Garcia and general manager Eduardo Pagan. The wines will pair perfectly with the specially crafted off-menu small plates and bites prepared by Executive Chef Jeff Tunks. Executive Chef Simon Apollonio has thoughtfully crafted a coursed menu, pairing TULĀ’s nutrient-rich dishes with Silver Oak’s wines which are made in a classic, ageworthy California style. This family owned and operated winery originally started with and spent half a century making only Cabernet Sauvignon. This Pairing Dinner is TULĀ’s fifth dinner of its new series, “Uncorked Events,” which takes place monthly and will continue into 2025.
