Kicking off on November 7th, these classes are designed to offer wine enthusiasts an exclusive and immersive tasting experience in the elegant setting of their private Wine Room. For $95 per person, each session, limited to just six guests for an intimate atmosphere, will be led by esteemed sommelier Higor Valle whose passion for wine has earned him the prestigious Advanced Level Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers America. With a career spanning key roles such as Director of Beverage at Fisher Island Club and nearly eight years as a Wine Director at D’Amico's Continental in Naples, and now the Corporate Wine Director for all Mr. Hospitality venues, Higor brings unparalleled expertise to these classes, ensuring a refined and educational experience for all participants. Each class will feature a carefully curated selection of five wines, paired with small bites crafted to complement the flavors and enhance the tasting journey. Guests will be guided through a series of dynamic and educational themes such as: A Sail Through the Rhône, Rediscovering Napa, An Ode to Piedmont, Wine Pairing 101, Blind Tasting with a Master Sommelier, How Somms Navigate a Wine List, and more.
