Founder of The Sound of Breath Talbot Steel will guide participants through a transformative experience combining the power of breathwork and sound healing to relax, rejuvenate and restore their mind, body and spirit at My Self Wellness on May 11. Multiple breathing techniques will be combined to provide 90 minutes of transformative breath work that will bring participants amazing benefits to relieve anxiety, inspire creativity, heal trauma, boost immunity, gain mental clarity, improve digestion, strengthen intuition, achieve mental relaxation and massage inner organs. MY Self Wellness exists to assist and empower individuals on their health and wellness journey by combining the healing benefits of ketamine with new lifestyle practices for a full mental reset. The center offers an array of services, including ketamine therapy, IV Vitamin Infusions, Peptide Therapy, Medical Cannabis recommendations, Integrative Nutrition Services and counseling. MY Self Wellness has experience helping its clients get off pharmaceuticals and move past the symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, chronic pain and more. All abilities, walks and levels are welcome to Puppy Laughter Yoga at MY Self Wellness on May 26. Puppy Laughter Yoga takes the health benefits of yoga a step further with giggles and puppies. MY Self Wellness will be accepting donations for STAR Rescue (Special Touch Animal Rescue). Individuals are not required to bring yoga mats.
