The Three Ways Benedict combines filet mignon, crab, and smoked ham with hollandaise. Omelettes include Ham & Gruyère, Crab & Asparagus with goat cheese and hollandaise, and a vegetarian option with Mushrooms, Spinach & Tomato with Swiss cheese.
