Bar Gilda, the pop-up restaurant serving delicious Basque pintxos is back! Available every Monday and Tuesday through September from 5pm – 10pm at Tropezón, menu items rotate and feature seafood centric tapas such as croquetas, mejillones en escabeche, tuna con piquillos y sobrasada, tostada de anchoa al ajillo, tortilla, Chef Juan Garrido’s version of a bikini sandwich and more. Dishes range from $5-$22. Wine and vermouth cocktail specials are also available during the pop-up. No reservations are required.
