Australian Wagyu & Wine dinner – July 16

Maple & Ash Miami is launching a new monthly collaboration series. For July, they are partnering with Consumers Packing Co. and Penfolds Wines to present Marble & Flame: The Australian Wagyu Experience — a multi-course dinner celebrating premium Australian Wagyu paired with Penfolds’ finest wines.

Guests will begin the evening at 6:30 PM with a welcome reception featuring live music, Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling and Champagne Thienot, and a dramatic seafood ice sculpture with wagyu mignonette oysters, tartare, and Skull Island prawns with Australian black truffle. The seated dinner includes standout dishes such as King River Wagyu Tataki with king crab, a Vintage Galician Beef and Gudaghai Lamb Chop duo paired with truffle jus, and truffled vanilla ice cream with black cherry. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Penfolds premium wines, including Bin 389, RWT 2019, and Grandfather Tawny.
