With nearly two decades of experience and a holistic approach to design, Haile Pegues brings a unique blend of creativity, precision, and architectural understanding to every project she undertakes. After earning her degree in Interior Design, she launched her career with the prestigious Shuster Design Associates in Fort Lauderdale before co-founding a design-build firm, where she led high-end residential projects that seamlessly integrated form and function.

Today, as the founder of Bluedoor Design Group, Haile is known for her ability to translate her clients’ visions into refined, livable spaces that are as beautiful as they are purposeful. Her thoughtful use of organic materials, custom furniture, and architectural detailing results in interiors that are timeless, textured, and deeply personal. Whether collaborating with architects, builders, or tradespeople, Haile is equally admired for her design expertise and calm leadership on complex, fast-paced projects.

In addition to her design practice, Haile is an advocate for education and industry collaboration. She is an active committee member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) and leads a women’s golf group that brings together design professionals for networking and camaraderie. Her global travels, love of sailing, and passion for culinary exploration continuously enrich her creative perspective and design philosophy.
