On Thursday, May 8, PMG and Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale hosted an exclusive panel event. Titled, “Fort Lauderdale Rising: The New Residential Landscape,” the insightful discussion explored the current state and future of Fort Lauderdale, factors driving demand for real estate in the area, where luxury is headed, and how waterfront developments like Sage Intracoastal Residences are setting a new standard for elevated living. Moderated by Melissa Sweredoski, featured panelists included Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG; Michael Udine, Broward County Commissioner for District 3; Jiro Yates, Partner at FSMY Architects + Planners; and Nir Perets, Director of Sales at Sage Intracoastal Residences. Following the panel, guests enjoyed a curated selection of bites, cocktails, and live entertainment.
