Pumpkin Spice meets the White Russian with this festive, autumn cocktail. The cocktail blends Wheatley Vodka and Kahlua with a delicious pumpkin spice creamer. Delight in the cocktail’s toasted marshmallow, cinnamon stick, and hints of pumpkin pie-spiced graham cracker garnishes. The flavors of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice make this the coziest drink of your dreams.

  • 1 oz. Wheatley Vodka
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • Drizzled Pumpkin Pie Spice on Glass
  • Pumpkin Pie Spiced Graham Cracker Rim

This cocktail is the perfect balance of tequila, bourbon, Mexican chocolate bitters, and walnut bitters. Double Trouble mixes Don Julio Reposado with Blade and Bow Bourbon, enhancing the flavors of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel. The cinnamon vanilla syrup creates a cocktail that is both savory and sweet.

  • 1 oz. Blade and Bow Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Don Julio Reposado
  • 0.5 oz. Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Walnut Bitters
  • 2 Drops of Mexican Chocolate Bitters

This delicious drink is a twist of our espresso martini. Since the pumpkin spice latte is very popular around fall, why not have it as a cocktail? For all the pumpkin spice latte lovers, this one’s for you. CHEERS!

Yields: 1 cocktail

1/12oz Crop Spiced pumpkin vodka
1oz Espresso, house made vanilla syrup.
¾ oz In-house Vanilla Syrup
In-house Vanilla Syrup Ingredients
1/4 cups water
2 vanilla beans
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Put 1/4 cups water and 2 vanilla beans in a blender and blend until the vanilla bean is ground up. Later pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a small saucepan.
Then add 2 cups sugar and ¼ teaspoon salt to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved, and all the ingredients are mixed together.

In a Shaker add fresh espresso, crop spike pumpkin vodka and vanilla syrup.
Shake and strain into martini glass.
Garnish vanilla bean and ground espresso.

 

 


WHITE-PUMPKIN SPICED Brought to you by: Ada’s on the River

Yields: 1 cocktail

1 oz Ketel one
1 oz Kahlua
1 tablespoon Pumpkin puree
2.5 oz Half and Half
.5 teaspoon Allspice
Dollop Marshmallow

Method: Combine all ingredients except marshmallow into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Top with marshmallow and torch with kitchen torch (if available).

Yield: 1

Ingredients
2 oz Tequila Blanco
.75 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pumpkin flavored syrup
Garnish: Cinnamon Chili Sugar, 1 Cinnamon Stick

Method:
Combine the cinnamon, chili and sugar seasoning on a flat surface. Take a lime wedge and run along the rim of your glass. Dip the glass in the seasoning mix to rim the glass.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass with ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
