On Wednesday, September 17, Lefferts celebrated the launch of sales and the grand opening of the sales gallery for 72 Carlyle, a luxurious 20-story residential tower featuring interiors by the acclaimed Italian designer Piero Lissoni, along with his American firm, Lissoni Architecture New York. The party was held on the rooftop of Leffert’ recently finished project, 72 Park, and welcomed over 400 guests to enjoy panoramic views of the NOBE District. Guests were greeted with champagne and enjoyed delicious bites from a pasta station and dessert from a gelato station. Following remarks from the Lefferts Co-Founder Mendy Chudaitov and Fredrik Eklund of the Eklund | Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, who is exclusively leading sales for the project, guests were able to tour the newly unveiled gallery for 72 Carlyle, which showcased a preview of the elegant coastal lifestyle set to define the residences.
