Dano’s Bramble

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dano’s Anejo
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• Splash of simple syrup
• 2 to 3 fresh blackberries
• Creme de Cassis

Instructions

1. Directly on a rocks glass, add the blackberries and muddle them

2. Pour the tequila and lemon juice and simple syrup

3. Fill the glass with crushed ice

4. Slowly pour a “float” of Creme de Cassis (or Creme de Mure) on top of the cocktail

5. Garnish with a fresh blackberry
