Cucumber Mule

Sip into the Spring season with a refreshing mocktail from Steve Groom of Costera, the Coastal Spanish restaurant and bar in New Orleans.

Ingredients:
½ oz Cucumber Shrub
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and short shake with ice.
- Fill with ice and strain in a 10 oz. Collins glass.
- Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a cucumber wheel.
