On April 1, 2026 and April 2, 2026, Café Boulud will offer a Seder meal from 5:30pm to 10pm. The annual Easter brunch also returns on April 5, 2026 from 11:30am to 3pm. Set within the historic Brazilian Court Hotel, a Palm Beach landmark known for its luxurious surroundings and timeless charm, both dining experiences will feature a three-course menu thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Christopher Zabita, offering a French-inspired Boulud touch.

For Passover, guests will enjoy appetizers like matzo ball soup, beet carpaccio, and Daniel Boulud’s smoked salmon. The main course includes selections such as branzino and braised beef short ribs, while desserts include apple tarte tatin or chocolate tart. The Passover dinner is priced at $150 per person.

For Easter brunch, guests will enjoy oysters caught from the east and west coasts, decadent burrata, or bluefin tuna tartare, followed by shakshuka, eggs florentine, or buttermilk pancakes. The main course features Atlantic salmon with braised fennel, Kalamata olives, and Meyer lemon beurre blanc, or grilled lamb chops with couscous, feta, and pickled red onion. For dessert, guests can indulge in rich chocolate cake with crème fraîche and blackberries, strawberry and rhubarb pavlova, or classic carrot cake with pecans, cream cheese, and white chocolate ice cream. The Easter brunch is priced at $165 per person. Children under ten are $75 per person for both events.

In addition to the delectable brunch, children will have the chance to meet the Easter Bunny for photos and participate in an Easter egg hunt—scheduled for 12:30 pm for children under 6, and 1:00 pm for children over 6.
