Brugal 1888 rum in a negroni tilts its flavor profile into the sipping category. Recipe:
35 ml Brugal 1888
15 ml Aperol
15 ml Lilletblanc
Dash peach bitters
Supplies
Glass: Old Fashioned
Ice: Ice cube
Garnish: grapefruit peel
Method:
Add all ingredients and stir over ice. Add the grapefruit peel, garnish, and serve.
