On Thursday, April 24, Vertical Developments hosted an exclusive cocktail event at SOFF’S Lounge at the prestigious Turnberry Isle Country Club in Aventura to highlight Avenia Interiors by FENDI Casa, a limited collection of 22 luxury residences nestled along a scenic Aventura waterway and a famed golf course. Blending sophisticated architecture with the signature elegance of FENDI Casa, Avenia offers a rare residential experience in one of South Florida’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The invite-only event drew brokers, community leaders, and design enthusiasts eager to learn more about the project’s vision and offerings. Mayor Howard Weinberg spoke to highlight the impact Avenia will have on Aventura as it marks a new era of luxury living in the community. Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO and Partner of Vertical Developments, gave a speech to emphasize the project’s purpose and the value of branded residences. During the event, guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, wine, and Aperol Spritz.
