Since its debut in 2019, the mixed-use development has methodically curated its mix of tenants, and its latest wave of openings reads less like a routine expansion and more like a deliberate statement of intent. Fine dining, world-class beef, performance golf, longevity wellness – a lineup built for a discerning crowd.
On the Table
Two serious restaurant openings have already made their mark. Murano by Ferraro arrives as a modern Italian fine dining concept with premium cuts, refined coastal flavors, and a wine and cocktail program to match. The perfect place built for long dinners and good conversation.
The Wagyu House by Meat N’ Bone is the other headliner. The brand has built its reputation on sourcing, and this concept takes it further with Japanese, Australian, and domestic wagyu cuts prepared by Executive Chef Chucho Rojas, whose background includes time in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe.
Another refreshing addition to the center is OakBerry, the globally recognized açaí brand operating in over 45 countries. It brings its customizable superfood bowls and smoothies to a crowd that clearly has an appetite for both indulgence and intention.
New to Atlantic Village
Tee Box opens at the end of March as a proper golf development facility: high-end simulators, on-demand coaching, performance analytics, and a dedicated fitness center. The concept blends technology and training, offering a controlled environment where golfers can refine their game well beyond the traditional driving range.
The summer brings The Lab Vitality Club, a high-touch wellness concept designed specifically for adults over 50. Strength training, recovery, sleep and nutrition coaching all delivered in a member-first environment where the goal is measurable, lasting results.
Atlantic Village sits in good company near Gulfstream Park and Shell Bay, home to one of the most exclusive golf courses in the country. Two international airports, a Brightline station and the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk are all within easy reach, making it placing it squarely in the rhythm of South Florida life — a natural spot to unwind, explore and spend the day.
