Time to check out Chef/restaurateur Michael Beltran and Ariete Hospitality Group’s much-anticipated arrival of Eva, AHG’s casually sophisticated new Mediterranean restaurant. Eva will bring a delicious taste of the Mediterranean, top-notch cocktails and wine, stellar service and an upscale yet approachable atmosphere to Coconut Grove. Through the unique culinary prism of Chef Beltran and Executive Chef Ashley Moncada, the menu offers an enticing lineup of Mediterranean dishes and raw bar offerings. As with any AHG concept, the bar program is as thoughtfully and artfully crafted as the menu. For Eva, AHG Wine Director Adrian Lopez has carefully curated an exquisite wine program of more than 40 bottle selections. The grand debut comes hot on the heels of the arrival of The Oyster Bar, which opened in September 2023 to deliver an intimate experience rich with raw bar classics, delectable small plates, and thoughtfully curated libations.
Sporting a soothing, sandy color palette studded with glamorous gold accents, Eva is rustic yet modern, a sprawling space encompassing 4,100-square-feet of indoor space alone including The Oyster Bar. Eva and The Oyster Bar are located at 3015 Grand Avenue at CocoWalk in the heart of Coconut Grove.
