PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – This fall, Amrit Ocean Resort on Singer Island proudly announces the debut of AYRE by Karma — the first location from Washington, D.C.’s acclaimed Karma Modern Indian, honored with Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2021. This highly anticipated opening marks Karma’s first expansion beyond the capital, introducing elevated contemporary Indian cuisine to South Florida’s oceanfront dining scene. Set against sweeping Atlantic views, AYRE by Karma brings together Ayurvedic inspiration, modern Indian Artistry and a health-forward culinary philosophy, celebrated for hosting diplomats, global entrepreneurs and cultural leaders, to Palm Beach County, igniting a new era of destination dining.
AYRE by Karma welcomes diners into a quaint space where the studio kitchen seamlessly flows to a breezy oceanfront terrace, immersing diners into a culinary craft. The menu highlights fresh spices ground in-house, seasonal local produce and time-honored cooking techniques including signature tandoor breads and live fire elements.
Every dish is an experience: inventive ingredient pairings, daring flavor profiles and artful presentation designed to delight and restore. Guests may enjoy three, five or seven courses ($75, $105, $145)—with several optional organic and biodynamic wine pairings or indulge in à la carte favorites such as Lobster Masala, Paneer Pesto, Amritsari Snapper, along with rotating signature curries. Every dish celebrates bold spice profiles, creating plating and soulful flavors designed to nourish and revive.
“Our vision is rooted in harmony, between culture and cuisine, tradition and innovation,” said Neera Barot, co-founder of Amrit Ocean Resort. “Karma Modern Indian shares this ethos, and together we are creating more than a restaurant—we’re crafting a journey for the senses. Welcoming their first expansion outside of Washington, D.C. is a true honor, and we know guests will be absolutely blown away by the culinary artistry and vibrant atmosphere at AYRE by Karma. This is a can’t-miss dining destination, and we encourage everyone to be among the first to experience it this fall.”
AYRE by Karma’s design is modern yet bright, drawing inspiration from the stunning coastal surroundings with natural textures, vibrant art, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic Atlantic views. The heart of the restaurant is its state-of-the-art studio kitchen, a chef’s stage that invites guests to witness culinary artistry up close. This open, interactive kitchen concept is designed for transparency and engagement, allowing diners to observe every step of preparation to plate. The oceanfront terrace and studio kitchen together create an immersive, multisensory dining experience, while live tandoor cooking and interactive chef presentations bring guests into the heart of the culinary process, embodying the spirit of hospitality and innovation that defines AYRE by Karma.
