Rooted in the angel number 727 – symbolizing reflection and inner alignment – 727 Pilates Studio (“727 PS”) brings a refined approach to movement and recovery in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. Opened in late spring 2025, the studio is founded by Miami-based entrepreneur and interior designer Arantxa Salazar and merges Pilates, sculpt and contrast therapy within a design-forward space centered on intention, balance and renewal. Now entering a new chapter of movement and rituals, 727 introduces an expanded lineup of signature classes that invite guests to move the body, quiet the mind and reconnect from within.

Conceived as both a studio and a sanctuary, the 1,875-square-foot space – designed by Miami-based design firm Atelier 7 – draws inspiration from the intimacy of a members-only retreat – luxe, personal and designed to activate all the senses. Guests are welcomed by custom scents, warm moody lighting, and textured tones of maroon, taupe, and gold that create a sense of grounding and serenity. Intentionally intimate, the studio features two movement rooms: a main reformer space with 10 reformers anchored by two chandelier fixtures and a long runner rug, and a dedicated mat room with 13 mats designed for hands-on, small-group sessions (heated and non-heated). Beyond the studio, a wellness sanctuary with an infrared sauna, cold plunge and tea station invites members to slow down and reconnect post-class.

“727 Pilates Studio was created from my own journey toward balance,” said Arantxa Salazar, Owner and Founder of 727 Pilates Studio and Atelier 7. “I wanted to design a space that felt grounding and intentional. A place that invites everyone to strengthen, recover and reconnect with themselves through movement and stillness. Everything from the textures and tones to the flow of the classes is designed to evoke alignment, which is exactly what 727 represents: a reminder to pause, breathe and return to center.”

At its core, 727 is where strength, stillness and recovery meet. The studio blends Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Sculpt and Guided Meditation into curated rituals that move the body and reset the mind offering a grounded yet elevated approach to holistic practice. Beyond the workout, members gain access to the Recovery Sanctuary, a private wellness space featuring the healing contrast of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy. This signature experience enhances circulation, reduces inflammation and promotes deep recovery – an essential complement to 727’s approach to wellness.

Each class at 727 is led by a team of highly trained instructors who bring diverse expertise and a shared philosophy of conscious movement. Teaching in a contemporary style, they guide guests through thoughtfully curated experiences that strengthen, restore and reconnect body and mind. The Reformer Series includes ROOT, a beginner-friendly class focused on building alignment and foundation; FLOW STATE, ALIGN SCULPT and FUSION SCULPT, which progress into rhythmic, strength-driven sequences using the reformer and 727’s signature Wunda Chair – a hallmark of the studio. These challenge balance, control and endurance while honoring the principles of Pilates. ELEVATE, a Wunda Chair-only class, is designed to sculpt and refine through precise, breath-led movement. For mat enthusiasts with the Mat Series, SCULPT brings a non-heated, full-body flow rooted in control and precision, while IGNITE, the studio’s new Heated Mat Sculpt Pilates, turns up the intensity with infrared heat to strengthen, lengthen and detoxify simultaneously. Rounding out the experience, RESTORE blends yin, breathwork and meditation for emotional balance and mobility, and DUALITY offers a contrast therapy ritual pairing infrared sauna and cold plunge to reset the body and mind.

To complement its curated class lineup, the studio offers a range of flexible membership and class-pack options designed to meet guests wherever they are in their wellness journey. New clients can begin with the 3-Day Experience or Two-Week Teaser, each providing an immersive introduction to 727’s reformer, mat and restorative classes complete with access to the studio’s signature contrast therapy sanctuary. For ongoing practice, the studio offers drop-in sessions and multi-class packs (5, 10, 15 and 20) across both the Reformer and Mat series, encouraging clients to move at their own rhythm. The newly introduced Dual Series packages (10 and 16-class options) offer a balanced blend of Reformer and Mat access. Exclusive to members, the 727 Recovery Sanctuary is included with monthly All-Access, Reformer and Mat Unlimited memberships offering daily class privileges, holistic recovery rituals and members-only benefits.

727 PS will continue expanding its offerings through pop-up experiences, wellness collaborations and seasonal events, reinforcing its mission to serve as a destination for purposeful practice and mindful restoration.

727 Pilates Studio is located at 307 NE 61st Street, Miami, FL 33137. The studio is open daily, offering weekday morning, afternoon and evening sessions and weekend morning and afternoon classes. Weekly schedules are available on the website and via Mind Body.
