This brand-new weekly experience along the Miami River features three-tier towers loaded with sweet and savory bites, handcrafted cocktails, spritzes, live DJ entertainment, and stunning riverfront views. Guests can indulge in standout selections like Caviar Tartlets, Tuna & Salmon Tartare Cones, Lobster Bites, Black Truffle Bites, assorted French macarons, chocolate mousse, éclairs and seasonal tartlets, all crafted by Executive Chef Alejandro Porben, whose fresh, non-traditional approach reimagines the afternoon tea tradition. Guests can choose between two signature experiences: The River Tower ($55 per person), featuring one tower to share between two guests and a choice of two cocktails per person, or The Sunset Tower ($85 per person), which includes a premium luxury tower paired with a 90-minute spritz package.
