Uchi Miami Launches 2025 Summer Dinner Series

Wynwood’s nontraditional Japanese restaurant Uchi Miami is kicking off the season with the first installments of its 2025 Summer Dinner Series, an exclusive dining experience featuring intimate, ticketed dinners in collaboration with talented local chefs.
Check it out: The series will launch on Monday, June 9 from 6:30-9 p.m. in collaboration with guest chef Luis Herrera, executive chef of Ensenada Miami. The dinner will bring together the innovative Japanese-inspired cuisine of Uchi with the bold coastal flavors of Ensenada, creating a multi-course tasting experience where guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu showcasing signature dishes from both kitchens, such as Baja Kanpachi Nigiri, Chicharrón Completo and Chiles en Nogada.
The series continues on Monday, July 14 with Executive Chef Niven Patel of the Michelin-recognized Ghee Indian Kitchen for a special blend of South and East Asian flavors. Ghee puts contemporary spins on traditional fare, much like Uchi, noting the partnership as an undeniable match.
Further dates include collaborations with Executive Chef Braden Chong of Mimi Chinese on Monday, August 11 and Chef de Cuisine Trevor Zwaan of Fluke on Monday, September 8.
Reservations are required and can be made through SevenRooms. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
