Uchi Miami Launches 2024 Summer Dinner Series Featuring Local Chef Collaborations
Uchi Miami, Wynwood’s hottest spot to find nontraditional, elevated Japanese flavors is starting this summer with a bang, launching its first installments of its 2024 Summer Dinner Series, an exclusive dining experience featuring intimate and innovative ticketed dinners in collaboration with talented local chefs.
The series opened on Tuesday, May 21, with a collaboration featuring guest chef Chris Arellanes, executive chef of KYU Miami. The dinner showcased the culinary genius of both restaurants’ Japanese-inspired menus that came together for an exciting culinary experience with dishes such as Masu Crudo, Tasmanian ocean trout; Golden Chicken with foie gras verjus; Wagyu with white asparagus; and Oishii, or creamed sake.
The series continues with the next installment on Tuesday, June 11, and is set to impress with guest Allan Esterhuizen, head chef of LPM Miami, for an exciting merging of the Mediterranean flavors of Escargot, Lamb Cutlets and Crème Brûlée alongside some of Uchi’s unique Eastern dishes that perfectly complement the guest chef’s Western influences for an international culinary adventure.
The gastronomic innovation continues with the next 2024 Summer Dinner Series dates:
- Wednesday, July 3: Tâm Tâm
- Tuesday, August 13: Walrus Rodeo
- Tuesday, September 10: El Secreto Omakase
