Nestled within the newly opened Amrit Ocean Resort on Palm Beach County’s picturesque Singer Island, lies TULĀ, the resort’s signature wellness restaurant that is setting a new standard in the wellness dining landscape. Located right off the main lobby and surrounded by floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, TULĀ celebrates South Florida coastal cuisine with influences from across the globe.
Meaning “balance” in Sanskrit, TULĀ’s menu offers a thoughtful balance between protein and produce to provide highly nutritious and longevity-boosting dishes elevated by sophisticated culinary techniques for an indulgent, yet nourishing dining experience. Each dish incorporates powerhouse ingredients chosen for their health benefits and is expertly paired with a wine list that features organic, sustainable and biodynamic bottles. Since its opening this past summer, TULĀ has quickly gained acclaim, earning the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence within just two months.
Recently, that restaurant began offering its own take on Sunday brunch – featuring a nutritious and innovative twist to classic brunch staples.
The menu includes a beverage menu made up of refreshing cold-pressed juices and creative brunch inspired cocktails. Offerings include the Carrot Sunrise Mimosa, a blend of turmeric and carrot juices topped with prosecco; or The Bloody Bunny Mary, a healthy twist on the traditional bloody mary, made with fresh carrot and tomato juices, pepper and vodka. All brunch cocktails are priced at $18, or $32 for a bottomless option.
Brunch entrées include the mouth watering Sunny-Side Up Shakshuka, made with heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers and soft-boiled eggs; the Pasta Brunch, made with organic eggs, pecorino cheese and crispy bacon; or something more hardy, the Brunch Burger, featuring a prime beef patty, sunny-side-up egg and chipotle avocado sauce.
