TOP NYC GREEK RESTAURANT TO OPEN AT 300 BANYAN, WEST PALM
Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners has signed Kyma, recently named “NYC’s Best Greek Restaurant” by Gotham Magazine, to open its first location outside of New York at their Banyan & Olive development in West Palm Beach’s Clematis Waterfront District. Kyma currently has two Manhattan locations—Flatiron and Hudson Yards—and a location in Roslyn, N.Y. Kyma’s new West Palm location will open in 2025 and includes 8,000 square feet spanning across the ground floors of 111 Olive and 300 Banyan, and a 6,000-square foot rooftop space atop 300 Banyan. The restaurant will anchor Brand Atlantic’s hospitality-driven, Class-A office development, offering its tenants luxury-lifestyle amenities and services, the first of its kind in West Palm Beach.

Co-founded by Greek-American businessman and veteran restauranteur, Merkourios (Mike) Angeliades, Kyma is a modern Greek restaurant embodying the culinary traditions and lively atmosphere from his birthplace in the Greek islands. The menu features customary Greek dishes with a modern flare using the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from the Peloponnese and fresh Mediterranean fish flown in daily.
