This Thanksgiving, ADRIFT Mare, located on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell, is offering a Mediterranean-inspired feast. Under the guidance of Michelin-starred “Gypsy Chef” David Myers, guests can enjoy the holiday while soaking in stunning views of Biscayne Bay from the expansive terrace or intimate private dining spaces. The special menu features a choice of Roasted Turkey Breast infused with Italian olive oil and wild Mediterranean herbs or Grilled Branzino, served with harissa aioli and braised fennel. For the table, share sides such as Roasted Sweet Potato, Grilled Golden Beets and Green Beans. Finish the meal with a decadent Pecan Pie with pumpkin ice cream or a rich Basque Cheesecake with mixed berries compote. Wellness-Focused Thanksgiving Dinner with Ocean Views at TULĀ

Amrit Ocean Resort’s signature, wellness-focused restaurant, TULĀ, is offering a Prix Fixe Four Course Thanksgiving Menu, with smaller portions available for kids 12 and under. This menu will be available in addition to the restaurant’s usual offerings and will be served to guests during dinner hours on Thanksgiving from 5 to 10 p.m. The first course features a Harvest Salad and Charcuterie Board paired with artisanal meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and assorted crispy breads. The next course includes a festive Hearty and Creamy Pumpkin Soup topped with crunchy cashews and cream-infused truffle oil. Guests will be treated to a main course of Slow-Roasted Turkey Breast with homemade stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes, a green bean casserole, gravy and tangy cranberry sauce. Ending on a sweet note, guests will enjoy the final course, a Gooey Pecan-Filled Tart drizzled with caramel. Diners are invited to pair these meals with the restaurant’s wine list, awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence just two months after opening, combining Old World and New World vintages with a focus on organic, sustainable and biodynamic bottles. In the spirit of Japanese tradition, Uchi Miami is offering a special to-go menu this Thanksgiving featuring warm and hearty celebratory dishes to share with loved ones. Japanese Thanksgiving, held annually on November 23, is known in Japan as “Labor Thanksgiving Day” and honors the contributions of workers. Giving an Uchi twist, the restaurant’s honorary to-go special reflects on gratitude for the Uchi family, both its in-house team and guests. The $200 holiday package features three off-menu items made exclusively for the set, plus seven additional items such as Hanger Steak with blood orange chimichurri and Sweet Potato with brown butter crème fraîche. Japanese Thanksgiving ’24 is available for online preorder from November 11-22 and may be picked up at the restaurant on November 23.
