Shoma Bay is including a Rolls-Royce Cullinan as a house car to cater to both car aficionados and luxury seekers. It’s the same type of car that the Mansions at Acqualina offered as part of its $38 million penthouse back in 2018.
Shoma Group’s Stephanie and Masoud Shojaee are also huge Rolls-Royce enthusiasts. Stephanie was even named a Phantom Phenom by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, a prestigious designation given to only ten women across the United States who exemplify the bold spirit of the brand through business acumen and community service.
The power couple also recently announced they would secure a penthouse at Shoma Bay, as a nod to how bullish they are about the project and North Bay Village as Miami’s next luxury destination.
