Savor the essence of summer with Prezzo’s Poolside Passionfruit cocktail. Lead Bartender Nicole Ruwell from Prezzo Boca Raton shares her recipes for Poolside Passionfruit, a tropical cocktail with Angel’s Envy Whisky, vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Ingredients: 

• 1 oz Angel’s Envy Whisky
• .5 oz vanilla vodka 
• 1 oz passion fruit liqueur 
• .5 oz lime juice 
• .5 oz simple syrup
• Ice

Method: 

1. Add all ingredients to tin and shake, strain in wine glass over fresh ice. 
2. Top with Prosecco.
