Miami’s dining scene gains a touch of Italian romance with the debut of Pasta & Juliet, the newest concept from The Dirty Rabbit Group. Located at 1000 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, the restaurant reimagines Italian gastronomy with a contemporary Mediterranean flair. From handmade pasta to inventive cocktails, it delivers an experience where passion, tradition, and modern sophistication converge.
The restaurant’s menu highlights timeless flavors with playful twists. Appetizers range from Mortadella Crostini layered with stracciatella, rosemary honey, and pistachios to crispy Fried Calamari with lemon and tartar sauce. Pasta selections include comforting classics like Spaghetti Pomodoro and creative plates such as Pappardelle Burrata & Crispy Prosciutto or Fusilli al Pesto with Burratina. A curated pizza menu rounds out the offerings with standout choices including Truffle & Pear and Pesto & Rosemary Honey.
No Italian-inspired dining experience would be complete without cheese. Pasta & Juliet’s Mozzarella Bar presents an indulgent lineup, from the colorful Panzanella Salad with seasonal tomatoes and basil to the rich Burratina adorned with rosemary honey and pistachios.
Cocktails reflect the same creativity as the food. Guests can sip the bold 1K Espresso Martini made with Ketel One and Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, or the refreshing Limone Sgroppino, a smoky-meets-zesty blend of Mezcal Joven, lemon sorbet, and Prosecco. A dedicated Negroni & Spritz menu ensures there is always a perfect aperitivo moment.
Inside, the space channels La Dolce Vita with green-and-white interiors, wicker textures, and warm lighting. The lush outdoor terrace seats 55 guests, offering an intimate oasis in the heart of Brickell. Meanwhile, the beloved One K Bar continues as a nightlife destination, transforming into the One K Room speakeasy after dark. Weekly programming includes Happy Hour, throwback party series B4 the Internet, and Wednesday Stand-Up Comedy Nights.
