With interiors inspired by the elegance of a Mediterranean boutique hotel, PALMA Miami Beach Residences is redefining luxury living in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood. Now under construction at 600 71st St., the 14-story condominium tower is bringing resort-style amenities, thoughtful design and turnkey ownership to one of the city’s most exciting coastal communities. Developed by Lefferts and marketed exclusively by Cervera Real Estate, PALMA will offer 126 one- and two-bedroom residences, including seven penthouses—each tailored to today’s buyers seeking style, flexibility and strong investment potential.

Interiors by Studio Ramirez evoke Mediterranean refinement layered with tropical modernism and custom details. In the double-height lobby, a sculptural light fixture resembling a deconstructed flower offers a poetic nod to the building’s name. Outside, a ceramic tiled mural handcrafted by an artisanal studio in Guadalajara, Mexico, will serve as a showstopping focal point on the pool deck—an abstract interpretation of PALMA’s aerial view that reinforces the building’s connection to art and nature.

Every element of PALMA’s design reflects a refined sense of home, from high ceilings and private balconies to floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant glass doors. The residences—ranging from 405-1,342 square feet—will feature gourmet kitchens with Bosch appliances, European cabinetry and stone countertops. Bathrooms are equally well-appointed, with frameless glass showers, European cabinetry and premium fixtures. Each unit includes in-residence laundry, high-speed internet and energy-efficient climate-control systems.

Scheduled for completion in early 2026, PALMA will deliver all residences fully furnished. With no minimum rental restrictions, owners will be able to generate income through short-term rentals, a rare feature in Miami Beach’s high-demand coastal market.

The LEED Gold-certified tower was designed by national architecture firm Built Form with sustainability and lifestyle in mind. The building will offer 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool with cabanas, a wellness hot tub and cold plunge, an outdoor summer kitchen, and a private bar and lounge. Residents will also enjoy a 24-hour media and game lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center outfitted with Technogym equipment.

PALMA will also include 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, contributing to the growing vibrancy and walkability of the North Beach neighborhood. It’s located just steps from the ocean and close to local landmarks such as the Miami Beach Bandshell, Normandy Shores Golf Club, the North Shore Park & Youth Center and the proposed 72nd Street Community Complex, which will include an aquatic center, an innovation hub, a library, expanded green spaces and a pickleball deck.

PALMA is one of four luxury condominium developments by Lefferts planned for North Beach. The privately owned firm is leading the neighborhood’s transformation with a new vision of livable luxury, merging high design with long-term investment value.

Just a few blocks north, Lefferts recently completed 72 Park, a 22-story condominium tower that marked a major milestone for the neighborhood. As the first luxury building in North Beach to permit vacation rentals, 72 Park introduced a new flexible ownership model in a prime Miami Beach location.

In addition to PALMA and 72 Park, Lefferts has two more condominium towers in the pipeline: 72 Carlyle, a 482,000-square-foot development planned for 600 72nd St., and another yet-to-be-announced property. With each project, Lefferts is shaping the next chapter of North Beach through thoughtful, forward-looking design.
