With Art Basel Miami Beach leading the season in early December, South Florida has become the go-to winter destination for art enthusiasts, holiday travelers and sunseekers alike. This cultural mix brings a spotlight to artists and exclusive exhibitions throughout the region. Joining this exciting lineup is Palm Beach artist Rene Von Richthofen, whose free pop-up exhibit has launched at the newly opened Amrit Ocean Resort on Singer Island.

Running through December, Von Richthofen’s exhibit features eight striking mixed-media pieces that embody his signature automobile-inspired style. Displayed in the resort’s oceanfront restaurant, TULĀ, and throughout the lobby, his works incorporate monochromatic color schemes with repurposed objects—such as toy cars and industrial items—delivering powerful reflections on social themes like global warming, war and equality. Known for blending design with thought-provoking messages, Von Richthofen’s pieces also include functional art, such as sculptural clocks, lamps and other crafted objects, making this exhibit a perfect blend of luxury, creativity and commitment to meaningful artistic expression. The exhibit is accessible daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and open to the public as well as hotel guests and residents.

Amrit Ocean Resort will host an exclusive meet-and-greet with the artist on Thursday, November 21, from 5-8 p.m. at the resort’s lobby bar, LALA. The intimate evening will include 50% off select wines by the glass, $10 adaptogenic elixirs and $10 appetizers, perfect for enjoying alongside engaging conversations with the artist. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to RSVP by November 19 using this link.
